Today, on September 23, 2019, the “Soyuz-FG” launch vehicle with the “Soyuz MS-15” spacecraft was rolled out from the Assembly and Testing building and installed at the launch pad of site №1.

Work on the program of the first launch day has begun, and specialists from the space industry are completing the final technological operations.

Prestart tests of systems and assemblies of the “Soyuz-FG” launch vehicle are carried out, the interaction of onboard equipment and ground equipment is checked.

The management of the Roscosmos State Corporation, families of cosmonauts, representatives of space agencies and rocket and space industry enterprises, journalists and tourists came to see the rocket roll out procedure.

According to tradition, the backup crew (cosmonaut Sergey Ryzhikov, astronaut Thomas Marshburn and space flight participant from the UAE Sultan Al Neyadi) also watched the roll out process.

The launch of the “Soyuz-FG” launch vehicle with the “Soyuz MS-15” spacecraft is scheduled for September 25, 2019 at 16:57 (Moscow time).

Broadcast from the Baikonur Cosmodrome will be available from 16:00 (Moscow time) in the Roskosmos community of the “VKontakte” social network.
