On December 17 at the “Vostochny” cosmodrome a preparation of the spaceunits “Kanopus-B” № 5 and № 6 for launch continues.

By now, the electrical tests of both spaceunits have been successfully completed, in the framework of which specialists checked the work of the service equipment and the payload.

No any claims were made on the functioning of the onboard spacecraft equipment.

Successfully conducted tests on the disclosure of solar cells and their illumination.

At present, final operations are being carried out on the mechanical and electrical assembly of the spaceunits.
 
The launch of the “Soyuz-2.1a” launch vehicle is scheduled for December 27, 2018.
