From launch pad № 81 of the Baikonur cosmodrome on July 13, 2019 at 15:30:57 (Moscow time) a successful launch of the “Proton-M” carrier rocket with the upper stage “DM-03” and the space astrophysical observatory “Spectrum-RG” was performed.

Launch and flight passed without any problems.

This was the second launch of this type of launch vehicle in 2019.

Two hours later, at 17:30 (Moscow time), the spacecraft was separated from the “DM-03” upper stage and the orbital observatory began its flight.

All systems of the spacecraft are working normally.

The disclosure of solar panels and heating screen was fixed.

The spacecraft is taken under control.
