On June 4, 2018, at the Baikonur cosmodrome, specialists of Roscosmos enterprises rolled out to the launch site a “Soyuz-FG” carrier rocket with a “Soyuz MS-09” spacecraft.

After the rocket was installed in the launch system and the service farms were attached, the specialists of the Roscosmos enterprises started to work according to the schedule of the first starting day.

At this day it is necessary to conduct general tests and analysis of the received telemetric information.

On June 5, on a backup day, a meeting of the State Commission for the approval of the crew and a pre-launch press conference are planned.

The launch of the “Soyuz-FG” space rocket is scheduled for June 6 at 14:12:41 (Moscow time) from the launch site No. 1 (Gagarinsky start).

The launch vehicle will bring “Soyuz MS-09” spacecraft into orbit.

On board of the spacecraft will be the participants of long expeditions ISS-56/57 – Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergei Prokopiev, NASA astronaut Serena Aunon-Chancellor and ESA astronaut , Alexander Gerst.
